The overall experience was really really nice, we loved our stay very much and would stay here again. Lots of food available in restaurant. Courtesy from the whole staff. The hotel was located not far from Ponce, the center of Ponce.

Staff were brilliantly helpful and we liked our being there. The room we booked was cleaned and available with double beds. Our room included tea/coffee making equipment and a refrigerator.

Courteous hotel, comfy room, loved the bed. It was important to get Wheelchair Accessible room and that went well. It had a cozy bed, a personal safe, an electronic key card and an iron. The pool was good and I had hot drinks in the swim-up bar.

Standard room was decent sized and the food was good! It was nice having climate control, an iron and a radio. I liked the comfortable bed. They were professional and offered me another room for free! Basic facilities and the pool was very clean.
